F500 (F-Series Medium-Duty Foot Switch, 20 Amp, No Cable, 632-S)

Description The F500 is a medium-duty foot switch featuring a highly durable die-cast zinc alloy housing, powder-painted finish, and do-it-yourself wiring connection.   This model has a heavy-duty switch that can handle more demanding electrical loads than our F200-series foot switches.  It can handle greater inrush or motor-load currents (see chart) and has one 20-amp 125/250VAC-rated switch with one common, one normally open, and one normally closed contact (SPDT, Form C). Ideal for home and shop tools, motor on/off control, boom lifts, scissor lifts, man lifts, and more. The switch has #8 screw terminals.  This is a momentary foot switch, which means that it actuates when your foot is on the foot pedal, and de-actuates when you release your foot from the pedal. Includes adjustable strain relief connector, traction pad, and two exterior bolt-down holes. Enclosure Type 1; IEC 60529 IP20. For indoor use in dry environments.
