Wilson Combat 1911 Conversion Shim, 80 Series to 70 Series 939

Description The Wilson Combat 80 to 70 series Conversion shim replaces Colt-style series 80 firing pin safety frame levers to improve trigger pulls on competition 1911 pistols. This precision blanked shim will allow you to get a lighter, more responsive pull with less fitting and work and allow you to also use a Series-70 type slide or conversion unit on a Series-80 style frame. The shim has 3 fitting raised dimples that allow you to remove excess play and compensate for poor factory tolerances. Note-since this part disables a safety system we recommend it to be used on competition/target pistols only.
